Here at Pearly Gates Lashes we believe in supporting makeup artists. We do that by giving them up to a 50% discount on purchases made for their kit, in quantity. This includes anyone who can prove that they are a dedicated makeup artist by certificate, blog, or portfolio! The Makeup Artist Partnership Program ~ or MUAPP for short, allows hard working artists to offer their clients our lashes. To keep it basic, they are pretty much a PGL distributor and can even simply just sell lashes in their area to whomever.
